Tiruppur MSME Facilitation Drive: A Step Forward for Small Businesses

On October 18, 2024, the District Industries Centre (DIC) of Tiruppur organized a highly impactful MSME Facilitation Drive cum Outreach Programme. The event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Hon’ble Ministers of the Tamil Nadu Government, Shri MP Saminathan and Ms Kayalvizhi, alongside District Collector Shri Christuraj. Several government officials, industry representatives, and beneficiaries also participated, making it a significant gathering.

During the event, the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) took center stage, presenting a range of MSME-related schemes aimed at empowering small and medium enterprises. The detailed presentation highlighted SIDBI’s commitment to fostering growth within the MSME sector. The programme also included the distribution of loan and subsidy sanction letters to beneficiaries, which was a highlight of the event.

SIDBI’s efforts and initiatives were highly appreciated by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries, reinforcing the institution’s pivotal role in supporting MSMEs. This programme marked a strong step forward in promoting growth and opportunities for small businesses in Tiruppur.
